APARTMENT ADDICTS – PROGRAM PURCHASE AGREEMENT
This agreement constitutes a binding arrangement between APARTMENT ADDICTS, LLC ("the Company") and the purchaser ("the Purchaser").
The Company specializes in delivering comprehensive real estate training and coaching services ("Training Services"), designed to educate Purchasers on the nuances of multifamily real estate investment. These services include recorded video training, as well as access to exclusive documents, templates, and spreadsheets.
Program Purchase & Fees
The Purchaser agrees to a one-time payment for access to the Training Services. This payment is non-refundable and is required to initiate the provision of the Training Services. Access to the Training Services is contingent upon the receipt of this payment.
No Warranties/No Guarantees
The Company makes no warranties regarding the potential success or earnings from participating in the Training Services. The Purchaser acknowledges that individual performance in real estate investments can vary and depends on personal capabilities, effort, and external market conditions.
The Purchaser understands that investing in real estate involves inherent risks, including possible financial losses. The Purchaser is solely responsible for their actions based on the knowledge gained from the Training Services and should conduct thorough due diligence before making any investment decisions.
The Company is not liable for any losses or damages arising from the Purchaser's actions or investments, including but not limited to lost profits or other financial losses, under any theory of liability, including contract, warranty, or tort.
Additional Courses
Included in the purchase are two specialized courses:

Intro to Multifamily Overview: A foundational course designed for beginners to understand the basics of multifamily properties.

Master Underwriting Course: A 4-hour intensive course aimed at those seeking to master the financial analysis and underwriting of multifamily properties.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
All payments made to the Company in exchange for the Training Services are final. The Company does not offer refunds or cancellations of the program purchase once payment has been made.
Promotional Material
The Company reserves the right to use any public testimonial or feedback provided by the Purchaser regarding the Training Services for promotional purposes.
Confidentiality
The Purchaser agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information received during the course of the program. The Purchaser is prohibited from disclosing or utilizing this information outside of personal investment activities without explicit written consent from the Company.
Conflict of Interest
The Purchaser acknowledges that the Company may engage in activities similar to those taught in the Training Services and may, as a result, act in competition with the Purchaser.
Miscellaneous
This Agreement is personal to the Purchaser and non-transferable. The Purchaser agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company from any claims or liabilities arising from their use of the Training Services.
The Agreement and any disputes arising from it are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Florida. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in Florida, and the prevailing party in any dispute will be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees as determined by the court.
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, with changes becoming effective upon posting to the Company's website.
